An estate bottled wine Patiently aged for 2 years in a combination of French & American oak barrels. Vines for this Cabernet Sauvignon are the oldest in the vineyard at over 32 years old. This full-bodied rich wine delivers a multitude of depth and an elegant bouquet. Exhibiting many layers of complex flavors including; currant, bell pepper, berry and chocolate. Fiore is known world-wide for it's Cabernet Sauavignon as, the first and only one from this side of the Rocky Mountains to win a gold medal in the International Eastern Wine Competition.
