Wine Description & Tasting Notes:
Marylands first bi-coastal proprietarty blend. This blend is made up of 75 % Maryland Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc with 25% Zinfandel. An elegant, robust red wine that is aged 18 months in a combination of Hungarian and Pennsylvanian oak barrels. Blended together in a single stainless steel tank and bottled without filtering.

Food Pairings:
Serve with traditional Italian meat dishes, bruschetta with roasted peppers, an onion calzone, or Baked lamb. Serve at 65° F
