Grown in every major vinicultural region, Cabernet Sauvignon is the most widely recognized red wine grape in the world. Fiore pays homage to this popular varietal with its hand-crafted version vinified from estate grown grapes aged in Hungarian oak barrels for over two years. The Fiore Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits its complex structure with flavors of cherry, blackberry, plum and a hint of currant and aromas of coffee, cocoa, olives with notes of cedar.  An excellent accompaniment to all Italian food, anything grilled, beef, pork, lamb, chicken or turkey. Best when served at “cellar” temperature (~60^o F) – if necessary refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
